KRB Update: conference in June in Sugar Land, Larry discussed the requirements and steps to become a 502C3. It was decided that KRB would continue under HRA as a subcommittee chaired by Pat and Barbara. There is no specific timeframe as to when they will become a separate entity. Pat expressed concern of continuing to be successful without HRA. Claire brought up that it may be beneficial to both to continue working together. A meeting will be set up in the future to discuss further.

Meeting adjourned: 7:57
